Onsite Services

Whilst we may cater for the majority of our clients virtually, there is still the need for onsite assistance & support for some.  Our flexible work schedule allows for dedicated time to provide a service for our clients within their own environment, be that at home or in the office.

Some of our onsite services consist of PA Services, Office Administration, Implementation Support, Account Management & Telephone Support.  Please refer to our Services section for a detailed overview of our full service offering.

Telephone Support / Telesales

Our telephone services & support include inbound / outbound calls specific to client needs & requirements.  We are unique in that we do not charge a setup fee and only stipulate that you pay for any call charges, in addition to our normal telephone support  hourly rate.
